What happens if I hit my client limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade your plan or archive inactive clients to free up space.
Do clients need an account?
No. Clients receive a secure link via email — no passwords, no account needed, no app to download. They just click and fill it out.
Can clients edit their responses after submitting?
Yes. Clients can update their responses after submission. You'll be notified of any changes.
